FABRICS.
100 % silk and mix contents of silk Fiber as such fabric silk georgette. Silk Lurex, silk chiffon, silk
crepe, silk dupioni, Cotton silk, silk jersey, silk twill, we import then fabric as per Client Request as
well. Also printed.
Synthetic fiber: 100% polyester taffeta, chiffon, georgette, micro fiber, micro peach skin, pongee,
oxford, suede and etc. also printed.

PRODUCTION.
 We provide technical support to the selected factories.
 Before production start, each garment is scrutinized for its technical difficulties.
 Thereupon we set-up the production lines according to its technical requirement of the
garment.
INSPECTIONS.
 Pre-production inspection.
 In-Line Inspection (DUPRO).
 Sampling picking.
 Loading Checks.
TESTING.
 Our garment prices include a garment tests by a third party laboratory (ISO )
 Fabric and accessory lab testing is available against a charge (we obtain from Fabric supplier’s
internal fastness tests).
PACKING AND SHIPPING.
 We supervise the packing and carton markings.
 Our QC will supervise the loading into the containers or trucks.
 We cooperate closely with your forwarder. We also recommend specialized
 Forwarders, which know how to handle your cargo in the most cost efficient
 Manner. It is important to select specialists who will take care of direct shipments To Your
destination.
 Our shipping department will carefully check the documents to avoid any Discrepancies.
 Copy documents are dispatched to you within 5 days after shipment.
LEAD TIMES
 Samples styles within 7-14 Day’s
 SMS lead time are depend styles quantities and set requirement, also subject to fabrics, trims
and material are available on market/Suppliers, at this stage we does discuss with clients as per
requirement
 Production 45-60 days with order confirmation, then status reporting as a part of multistage
inspections, the execution of purchase order is closely monitored stage by stage and status
reports are sent to the clients by E-mail in order to inform the production progress relative to
the delivery terms.
