ā¢ German Army introduced Assessment techniques in 1930.
ā¢ This was for selection of officers
ā¢ Appointed Psychologist Max Simoniet who introduced leadership
test.
ā¢ Assessment centres were created in World War II.
ā¢ British Army recognized Maxās work and created there own ACs
with improvements.
ā¢ And then US Army and Intelligences opted for the same with some
upgrades.
