to tell the stories of people who are struggling with debt and who are often
misunderstood.
2. AFCC operates fairly in every regard and aims to ensure that creditors
do the same. AFCC does not charge for any of its services until successful
resolution of a consumer’s debt.
3. Membership must abide by the AFCC’s Code of Conduct, which
emphasizes compliance with state and federal laws.
4. AFCC advocates for the fair treatment of those who have found
themselves burdened by debt.
