A graduate of Buffalo Grove High School in Buffalo Grove, Illinois, Georgette Topalis starred as a four-year member of the varsity soccer and basketball teams while earning numerous academic and athletic honors from her school and community publications. In addition to regularly appearing on the Buffalo Grove honor roll, she earned the school’s Female Athlete of the Year Award in 2017. Georgette Topalis also received recognition from area publications such as the Daily Herald and the Chicago Tribune, the latter of which named her the 2017 Northwest Suburban Athlete of the Year.
