Mortgage is a retail banking type of project. Both Halifax Bank of
Scotland and Lloyds Trustee Savings Bank is integrated and loan origination becomes
Mortgage Sales Process for Halifax Bank of Scotland. Mortgage is a debt instrument,
secured by the collateral of specified real estate property, which the borrower is obliged to
pay back with a predetermined set of payments. It includes Sales as well as servicing
