that should be the motivation of a worker.
• It should be Loka Samgraha - holding people
together in their collective march to the ultimate
goal. In an organisation, Loka Samgraha means,

correct path or forgetting even for a moment
the ultimate goal.

• Great Romantic Poets like Blake,
Wordsworth, Coleridge, Shelley and Keats
had not only read Wilkins Gita, but imbibed
its spirit, which found creative expression in
their great poems.
• The concept of rebirth, 'karma', universal
soul, immortality and incarnation make the
fascination of romantic poets with the Gita
quite apparent.
