because insurance is all about providing a financial safety net that allows

The Credit Linked Subsidy would also be available for house loans taken out for new construction and incremental
housing, such as the addition of rooms, kitchens and toilets to existing dwellings. The interest subsidy benefit will be
applied to the outstanding principal.
