I'm a Designer (Master Degree), working as UX Designer (Product Strategist). In the last four years, i have been studying and adopting approaches such as Agile, Lean UX and Design Thinking, Motivation and Team Management, Human-Centered Design, UX Strategy, innovative Design processes. I'm passionate about people, their synergy, behaviours, potential and motivations. I love understand their way of life, needs, expectations and behaviours. I'm an Agile enthusiast and a UX Design, Lean UX and Design Thinking evangelist. For me, the triangulation “Agile - Lean UX - Design Thinking” is the key to develop simple and innovative digital products and/or services that people (want to) use.
