check in time in New Zealand is after 1400 hrs, early check in will be requested for
required places, it is however subject to availability.
Any unused service / facility / sightseeing / tours are non-refundable to the passenger.

Any items/things used by individuals in their respective rooms like Drinks, Snacks,
Beverages, Television channels, any room damages etc will be billed to their rooms & will
