reservation

- Php100 will be collected via GCash as reservation for your slot
- Non-refundable
4) FOR MALE/LALAKI/BOY CATS ONLY*
- Due to limited supply, we can only commit to neutering of male cats. Kindly wait for our
next announcement for female cat spaying.
5) DATE & VENUE
- May 29, 2021
- Barangay San Jose Antipolo (Exact address of venue will be emailed upon confirmation)
6) TRAVEL CARRIER or METAL CAGE is required
- Boxes or bags are not allowed.
- Please ensure the safety of your cat.
7) FASTING is required
- Please do not feed your cat for 8-10 hours before the surgery
 am allowing CATS OF MANILA to neuter my cat.
 My pet has undergone 6-8 hrs fasting prior the surgery as preparation.
 For pets 1yo and below, CBC (BLOOD TEST) is recommended but not required to
assure that my pet is fit for surgery.
 For pets 2yo and above, complete blood test is also recommended to assure that my
pet is fit for surgery.
 I understand that my pet will undergo anesthesia and other medications needed to
perform the neuter surgery.
 I understand that the anesthesia will have reactions and my pet needs to rest for a
few days to fully recover.
 My pet is in good health, has not been sick for the past three (3) weeks and he is
physically fit for surgery.
 I will care for my cat after the surgery.
 My cat will have an ear tattoo/notch as a marking that it is already neutered if he is a
stray or outdoor cat, and no notch if he is an indoor pet.
 If there’s unusual bleeding, wound infection, lethargy, loss of appetite /drinking, or
vomiting, I will immediately proceed to my nearest vet clinic.
