Dr. Francine Kelly-Hooper is an environmental contaminant scientist with over 25 years of experience in the private, government and academic sectors. Francine specialize in petroleum hydrocarbon (PHC) forensics and ecotoxicity studies. Her expertise was developed during her time as a PhD student and also while operating her own environmental consulting business, Kelly Hooper Environmental Inc. for 16 years.
