Provincial Highway 802
Infrastructure: Power
grid, railroad and skilled
local labour nearby
5. Geologic Setting
Archean age Shebandowan Greenstone Belt within the
Wawa Subprovince, host to past and present world
class precious and base metal deposits
Gold deposits in northeast-striking shear zones on
the property
Two significant gold deposits and one copper-gold
past producer are located on the property, from NE to
SW: the East Coldstream deposit, the North
Coldstream Mine, and the Span Lake deposit.
8. 2009 Exploration Program
Geological mapping, trenching, rock sampling
Generate drill targets
Span Lake: Confirmed Inco 1980’s work, delineate controls on gold
mineralization –confirmed extent of Moss Lake deposit on Foundation
property - generated additional drill targets
Burchell West: investigated historic gold occurrences
Broadhurst Peninsula: Mapping and rock sampling in an area with grab
samples up to 2.06 g/t Au from Alto Ventures 2008 work
Skimpole Lake: Confirmed historic gold anomalies
East Coldstream: Confirmed widespread mineralization at the deposit
Goldie Zone: Confirmed historic gold occurrences - 2.06 to 5.48 g/t Au
Iris Zone: IP conductivity anomalies coincident with anomalous gold
results from 2007 drilling-confirmed gold in outcrops

10. Span Lake Area
Adjacent to Moss Lake gold deposit (51 million tonnes –
1.5 million ounces gold, NI43-101 compliant inferred
resource)
Drill results include:
3.01 g/t Au over 7.45 m
3.67 g/t Au over 4.63m
Nine zones of anomalous gold identified

18. East Coldstream
Gold Deposit
5.1 million tonnes at 1.4 g/t (234,000 ounces gold)
calculated by Noranda in 1990 for the North, Main
and East zones (Historical resource not compliant with NI 43-101 standards)
Au mineralization starts on surface - historic resource
estimate was based on relatively shallow drilling
The historical resource does not include the
Sanders Zone, where 2006 drill results include 1.1
g/t Au over 23m
Mineralization plunges easterly - all zones open at
depth
Winter 2010 drilling has demonstrated greater
widths at depth in the deposit, potentially providing
significant addition to the historic resource
22. East Coldstream
Long Sections
East Zone
Open at depth, with intersections
increasing in width with depth
Intersections from drilling to date
are less than 200m below surface
Sanders Zone
Very little drilling to date, a
potential expansion of the deposit
along strike to the east and to
depth
27. Iris Zone
Recently acquired claims expand the property north of the
East Coldstream Gold Deposit
2007 drilling targeted IP conductivity anomalies running
sub-parallel to IP anomalies coincident with the East
Coldstream Gold Deposit
Drilling encountered alteration and shearing similar to
that observed at East Coldstream
2007 drill results include 1.27 g/t Au over 5m, 1.19 g/t Au
over 4 m, and 1.28 g/t Au over 5.2m
31. San Rafael

Located 150 km west-
northwest of Durango,
Mexico

approximately 1,000
hectares covering a 7 km
trend
Access: paved & gravel
roads from Durango

access to spring water,
well-built camp
32. San Rafael

workings on four levels
totalling 400 metres of
development
Targets along strike and
at depth comparable to
the existing San Rafael
mine working
33.
34. San Rafael Mine Plan
Verification sampling
returned values up to
13.86 g/t Au and 175.88
g/t Ag over 3.8 metres
