 Research: Conducted research on the legality of employment bonds,using appropriate
case law and legislation as supporting evidence within the United Kingdom and Nigeria
for my supervisor. I conducted broad academic research as to the legality and validity of
conveying title of sub-leased land as security for a loan.
 Due diligence: Assisted on a due diligence mandate in which our client was looking to
acquire a leading Nigerian insurance firm from its current private equity sponsor.
 Drafting: Assisted in the creation of new board of association templates for a private
company.

 Drafting: Assisted in writing legal documents e.g. writ of summons and affidavits.
 Research: Conducted case law research using Nigerian weekly law reports. I wrote
papers on the following issues – (a) the impact of unsustainable production and
consumption of natural resources in Nigeria and (b) on Freedom of Information in
Nigeria, comparatively to what obtains in other nations.

had legally been liquidated so as to appoint a liquidator to redistribute an allotment of
shares which the client did not account for at the time of liquidation.

companies assign directors, change address and make business related amendments.
