Research: Conducted research on the legality of employment bonds,using appropriate
case law and legislation as supporting evidence within the United Kingdom and Nigeria
for my supervisor. I conducted broad academic research as to the legality and validity of
conveying title of sub-leased land as security for a loan.
Due diligence: Assisted on a due diligence mandate in which our client was looking to
acquire a leading Nigerian insurance firm from its current private equity sponsor.
Drafting: Assisted in the creation of new board of association templates for a private
company.

had legally been liquidated so as to appoint a liquidator to redistribute an allotment of
shares which the client did not account for at the time of liquidation.
