Reference Letter NKHR
1. Seoul, March 18, 2015
To whom it may concern,
I am writing to express my highest recommendation for Felix Jehle who is a candidate for employment at
your organization. I have supervised his internship on our International Advocacy & Campaign team
between January and March, 2015.
Citizens’ Alliance for North Korean Human Rights (NKHR) is an organization geared to protection and
advancement of human rights for North Koreans both living in North Korea and living abroad as refugees.
We have 19-year history of achievement in the advancing of human rights for North Koreans through our
efforts in public awareness, direct assistance, research, international cooperation, and policy influence. Our
office is thus a very busy and dynamic environment to which Felix adjusted very well.
In his internship, Felix was mainly in charge of various research duties related to advocacy work. In doing so,
he has been drafting letters to foreign governments, planning and organizing awareness and fundraising
events and helping out with our website design. Felix was conducting most of his work independently, but
also proved his skills in a lot of group-works. I got to know him as a self-initiating person, who is eager to
learn and test out various possibilities. With his excellent creativity potential and writing skills, I got to
appreciate him as a valuable asset to our organization.
I am sure that Felix Jehle would be a tremendous asset for your company and has my highest
recommendation.
Should you have any further inquiries about Felix, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely,
Joanna Hosaniak
