Felicia is a Taiwanese American writer. Her first book is the romantic comedy novel, METROPOLICKS, which she co-wrote with Victor Scott Rodriguez. Since 2004 she has been working on the biography of Su Beng, a Taiwanese nonagenarian revolutionary. In December 2013 Felicia successfully raised and surpassed her crowdfunding campaign goal to raise $15,000 to complete: 1) research for the biography and 2) work on a short documentary about Su Beng.
