M. Fahmy Yoosoofshah h~s successfully completed a one credit
internship in a Badminton/Activity course at Eastern Connecticut
state University under my supervision and has received a letter
grade of an A (4.0).
Fahmy was asked by me to accept this internship after taking
the badminton course in the Fall semester of 1995. Fahmy
demonstrated skill in this sport which far exceeded all of his
classmates.
Throughout this internship, Fahmy's responsibilities included
skill demonstrations, one-on-one skill enhancements of students,
rule clarifications to students, as well as playing with students
to assess skill and offer suggestions for improvements. All
areas were demonstrated very successfully by Fahmy.
Fahmy's love of the sport has been evidenced throughout the
class which has definitely inspired others to improve their
level of play as well as their understanding of the rules,
strategies and history of the game.
Fahmy has successfully completed this internship and it is
obvious to see that Badminton is not his only area of expertise.
Fahmy will be a complement to any organization he is affiliated
with. As Fahmy is about to begin his new career with exceptional
credentials, I wish him joy and success throughout his endeavors.
