This document describes a presentation on using FIWARE-based digital twins for agile production environments. The presentation will take place at the FIWARE Summit from June 12-13, 2023 in Vienna, Austria. It will discuss how a framework called MES+ that uses digital twins and FIWARE can help manufacturers adapt production to shifting demands, disruptions, and optimize processes like quality control and maintenance while improving factors like costs and working conditions.
