start-ups.* Findings show that 16.1% of small businesses were
formed in 2014. Below is a snapshot of the top areas where
these new businesses started, as well as a look at which
industries were most popular for new entrepreneurs.
Conversely, the analysis also examined new business failures
and the likelihood of a business succeeding over time.
