Dear Humberside Police,
A complaint made on 14th July 2017 about the conduct of officers from Humberside Police
(Ref: CO/498/17) was presumably discontinued on or shortly after 12 June 2019 (the force
considered it had made an error when recording the allegation).
A copy of the Discontinuance application dated 12 June submitted by the Professional
Standards to the Humberside Police Appeals Body is below:

The following is stated on page 5 of the application in respect of the force reconsidering how
the complaint should have been recorded.
