To whom it may concern,
I have been line manager to Eva Bundgaard in her role as
Senior Crisis Worker in Thames Valley for almost 3 ½ years.
During this time Eva has proved herself to be an excellent colleague and leader .Eva
lead her team in Slough with great distinction and empathy. Eva cared for some of
our most vulnerable clients always putting the person at the centre of her decision
making, treating all with dignity and respect.
Eva led a team of crisis workers and forensic practitioners working in partnership
with the police, social care and the NHS. Managing collection of Forensic evidence,
record keeping, audits, rotas, safeguarding and also carried out our Clinical
supervision for all front line staff.
It has been a pleasure working with Eva for the last 3 ½ years as in this time she has
been reliable, hardworking, honest and compassionate.
I wish Eva the best of luck in her future and would highly recommend her as an
