2. Genre: Action film/movie
Action film is a film genre in which the protagonist or protagonists are
thrust into a series of events that typically include violence, extended
fighting, physical feats and frantic chases. Action films tend to feature a
resourceful hero struggling against incredible odds, which include life-
threatening situations, a villain or a pursuit which usually concludes in
victory for the hero.

scenes in the movies, but they were never planned before, just like in
this genre.
• The consequences. Since these films tend to have quite an audience,
the plot is exploited as much as possible. For this reason, quite a few
sequels from the same movie appear.
• The use of weapons of all kinds. Of habitual military use. And melee
fights / combats with Mixed or Martial Arts, and Boxing and military
techniques. Combining them.

• Martial Arts: This subgenre includes numerous melee combat between characters. Many of the roles are performed
by martial artists.
• Science fiction action: This subgenre accentuates the game of the weapon, the space battles, the invented
weaponry, and other elements.
• Espionage: The hero is usually a government agent who must make a decision against another government.
• Action thriller: These films often feature a race against time, with a lot of violence and a clear antagonist.
• Superhero Movies: They usually have elements of science fiction and fantasy, which focus on the actions of one or
more superheroes, who usually possess superhuman abilities and are dedicated to protecting the public.
