Chorus was a regular core class but also coexisted as a community service job with extensive off of school hours
weekly. Chorus could go the extra mile by getting into the Gregorian Schola which was an Honors course given at St.
Anthonys High School. The way you got into Gregorian Schola was By being top 10 singers of a group of 30 singers of the
appropriate groups such as bass, tenor, altos, Etc. The first row were all considered officers I was officer number 2. I
was in charge of making sure all the music was organized in our folders and that music got handed out accordingly to all
the student from Freshman to Seniors. The top two would lead in vocal exercises to around 100 students. As Gregorian
Schola members we did extensive community services such as chanting at other churches or doing fundraisers for local
churches near our school.
EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
Highschool/College
Football- Captain of the Frosh Football team at St. Anthonys Higschool with a record of 8-0 and undefeated
season. Varsity football from 11th-12th grade. I was also part of the championship winning football team in 11th
grade with a record of 11-0-0(1).

Gregorian Schola/Mass Choir- Chanted for in school masses and out of school community masses. We also
chanted for local masses and also chanted for services in locations such as the city for Handles Messiah,
Brooklyn, and a service in Molloy College for a new holy book release.
SOS (Support Our Shelters)
PB&J Club- After school activity that dealt with making PB&J sandwiches for homeless shelters.
THON- largest student-run philanthropy in the world. The Penn State IFC/Panhellenic Dance Marathon, also
known as THON, is a yearlong effort to raise funds and awareness for the fight against pediatric cancer.
