1. Raising money for Africa
Above are ten year eleven students from the Minster School, Southwell who will be
participating in the Malawi expedition next summer.
The Minster School students are currently raising money for this once in a lifetime trip to
Malawi and are having weekly meetings to organise fundraising events. The students
have already started fundraising on their own and in small groups. There will be larger
fundraising events in the future such as a sponsored swim, bag packing and quiz nights
where everyone in the community can get involved.
Please look out for the students in and around Southwell whilst they are raising money
for this exciting adventure! Anyone who has any fundraising ideas or companies wishing
