TREAT WILLIAMS TO PARTICIPATE IN PRE-EVENTS FOR
AIR AND WATER- MEDIA DAY AND PRACTICE SHOW
WHAT: Actor, pilot and author Treat Williams will be available for planeside
interviews at the Gary Jet Center Media Day and at the Air and Water
Practice Show

MORE INFORMATION:
• Williams will be available for planeside interviews from 10:00a.m.-1:00p.m. at the Gary Jet
Center Media Day on Thursday, August 12.
• Author of recently released childrens book, Air Show!, Treat Williams joins “The Voice” of
the Chicago Air and Water Show, Herb Hunter, as a guest announcer for the first hour of
the Practice Show.
• Treat Williams has been an actor and pilot for over 30 years. He began his career on
Broadway as Danny Zuko in Grease. His films include Hair, Prince of the City, Once Upon a
Time in America, The Deep End of the Ocean, and most recently What Happens in Vegas.
On television he starred as Dr. Andy Brown in Everwood. Treat is a commercial pilot and
flight instructor with ratings for both airplanes and helicopters. He lives in Park City, Utah,
with his wife and two children. Air Show! is his first book.
