U.S. Department of Energy, Office of Electricity Delivery and Energy Reliability (OE)
Ms. Blair supports the Office of Electricity Delivery (OE), Corporate Business Operations (CBO)
division with the requirements, design, and development of web-based applications.
Human Capital Planning Database – Ms. Blair assisted with the design, development, and testing of the
Human Capital Planning (HCP) Database system. The HCP database stores OE specific data that is
not stored in other corporate database systems. The data from the corporate systems and the OE
specific data are integrated for use in ad hoc and pre-defined reporting. Ms. Blair assisted in
designing and developing web forms using VB .NET, jQuery, and CSS, as well as developing stored
procedures in SQL Server. Ms. Blair also assisted with the design and development of several pre-
defined reports using Cognos Report Studio.
U.S. Department of Energy, Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE)
Ms. Blair assisted with the development of web-based, mobile friendly applications for the Office of
Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE), Bioenergy Technologies Office (BETO), and the
EERE Water Power Program.
Bioenergy Supply Chain (Field to Fuel) Web Animation – Ms. Blair assisted with the development
and testing of a mobile friendly web animation for BETO. The animation was developed using
dynamic CSS, HTML, and Javascript.
Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) Regulatory Activity and Project Commissioning
Graph – Ms. Blair assisted with the development and testing of a mobile friendly, web-based
application for the EERE Water Power Program. The application was developed using HTML,
jQuery, Javascript, CSS, and XML.
U.S. Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED)
BUMED uses a variety of cloud services hosted by MAX.gov, such as MAX Collect and MAX
Analytics for data collection and analysis, and MAX Federal Community and MAX Shared Desktop
for collaboration and information sharing. Ms. Blair assisted with data entry using MAX Collect, and
report changes using MAX Analytics.
