What do we understand as "enough sleeping"? It is something personal, that is to say, everyone has its own inner rhythm, so "enough sleeping"
would be that which makes someone be active the enough amount of time needed for his/her daily life.
Some of the reasons for not getting enough sleep are: environmental, mood-altering, cultural, having someone depending on you, illnesses,
physical conditions, sleep disorders, changes in our biorhytms, habits, routines, age...
We are going to focus on our dependency on the pillow, therefore, we are going to call our sleep problem "MY PILLOW"
