Ella Tepper Feliciano is a two-time alumna of Florida Atlantic University, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and a Master’s Degree in Higher Education Leadership. She currently serves as the Coordinator for Student Engagement in the FAU Career Center where she works primarily with student employees within the Division of Student Affairs. Previously, she was a Graduate Assistant in the Weppner Center for LEAD & Service-Learning at FAU. She worked with the Leadership Studies Minor, which she helped to develop through research she did as an undergraduate student.
