Elie Hirschfeld, President and CEO of
Hirschfeld Properties since 1997, has
dedicated his professional life to real estate
development planning and
implementation. He joined Hirschfeld
Properties in 1976, and he is the guiding
force behind all aspects of real estate
development including project analysis,
marketing & negotiation, and architectural
& construction management.

Crowne Plaza Hotel, and Park Avenue Court.
He has forged partnerships with firms such as

In addition to real estate development, Mr. Hirschfeld is an avid art collector,
theatrical producer, and philanthropist. He is also an active athlete, and he’s

Hirschfeld’s Commitment to Theater
Mr. Hirschfeld is a Tony Award voting member of the Broadway League, and he
has produced and co-produced many Broadway shows, including but not
limited to: the David Mamet play, Oleanna, The Fantasticks, Flashdance, Equus
and Passing Strange. In fact, Hirschfeld received a Tony Award nomination for
Best Musical for Passing Strange in 2009.

The Elie Hirschfeld Foundation supports many organizations, with a
philanthropical focus on education, athletics, Jewish causes, and the arts. Mr.
Hirschfeld is a proud and esteemed alumnus of Brown University alum; Brown
University announced in May of 2016 that it would name a building after Mr.
Hirschfeld.
3. Leader in RE Development
For over four decades, Mr. Hirschfeld has
developed renowned office buildings, hotels, multi-family
residential buildings, parking facilities, and retail
projects. The value of his projects cumulatively value
several billion dollars.
Currently, Mr. Hirschfeld is working on the creation of the
world’s largest digital parking infrastructure, Park.com,
which will disrupt the $100 billion global parking market.
