To Whom It May Concern:
Eddie Ortiz began working for Northern Physical Therapy about 18 months ago. He
started in a position where he worked the front desk at one of our fitness centers. He
had to be at the fitness center at 5 am, which is a very difficult thing for most 18 year
olds to do. Eddie was not only on time each day, but he also had energy and great
customer service skills for the people who came in to exercise in the early mornings.
Eddie has also done several maintenance jobs between our 6 locations. He is always
very responsible, dependable and on time in doing these various tasks. Some of the
tasks require him to think outside the box so he can figure out how he can find solutions
to problems and many times it was when patients were in the building. He also was very
good at communicating back if there were unresolved problems or if we needed to buy
additional equipment rather than repair what we already had.
Eddie has also taken on some data entry work using our electronic medical record
system. Eddie learns the tasks very quickly and he is self paced and continues to
progress on the projects until completion. His communication skills are excellent when
something doesn’t respond how he thinks it should. He has even found some glitches
that we were having with our software that needed to be reported to the company we
use.
Some of the skills that Eddie has demonstrated during his time working at Northern
Physical Therapy include: dependability, excellent communication, computer processes,
time management, customer service, and problem solving. One of the qualities I find
most impressive in Eddie is his drive to do a great job. He has a strong work ethic and
I’m sure will be very successful in his future business career.
