1.Restaurant
Open first,down
the street from
WestTable,food
sales amidst
dwelling units and
dining room / bar
in the basement.
3.Courtyard
Open third,with extra
ground-level seating for
Restaurant. Covered area for
live music. Differentiate
playlist from cafe;electronic in
cafe setting and acoustic in
courtyard. Some gardening.
5.Kitchen Classroom
Stage five will arrive to fill
the demand created by
offering cooking classes at
the Restaurant,staring in
stage one. The Cafe will
utilize the space for Coffee
Cuppings,WineTastings,
and Beer brewing classes.
6.Expanded Classrooms
Stage six expands the education
component to include a daycare,
building on the existing
children’s food classes. Room for
expanded gardens and
greenhouses as a part of the
education in horticulture.
7.Community Garden
Stage seven develops the
remaining land as a community
garden for education and
cultivation of a year-round
rotation of crops. Greenhouses
are expanded into the commu-
nity garden and previous
greenhouse space in stage six is
converted into cannery and
picklery spaces. Larger harvests
are preserved and utilized not
only in the Restaurant and Cafe
but sold in the community.
4.Residential
Open fourth to
increase population
density to support
long-term business
for Restaurant and
Cafe. While
Residential is under
construction,
Restaurant will be
used for education
and cooking classes
that will ultimately
move into the
dedicated kitchen
classroom in step 5.
2.Cafe
Open second,prepared food
supplied by Restaurant. Beers
on tap. Coffee Roaster and
baristas in the morning. Beer
and wine in the evening.
Movie screenings on side of
building. Live music outside.
