1900	M	Street,	Washington	DC—130,000	sf	office	building.		Leased	building	to	
95%	occupied.		Sold	building	in	2007.	
	
TechRidge	Five,	Austin,	TX—226,000	sf	single	tenant	industrial	building.		
Successfully	renewed	tenant	for	5	years.		Sold	asset	in	2013		
	
Spokane	Street	Disposition	Center,	Seattle,	WA--250,000	sf	industrial	building.		
Leased	property	to	100%.		Sold	asset	in	2013.		
	
Bellevue	Park	Corporate	Center,	Wilmington,	DE—three	(3)	building,	305,000	sf	
office	park.		Leased	property	to	95%	occupied.	Sold	asset	in	2014.		
	
1000	Hampton,	Capital	Heights,	MD--190,000	sf	single	tenant	industrial	building.		
Sold	property	in	2014	prior	to	lease	expiration.		
	
One	Buckhead	Plaza,	Atlanta	Georgia--460,000	sf	office	building.		Leased	building	
to	94%	leased	during	hold	period.		Sold	asset	in	2015		
	
Galleria	North	Tower	II,	Dallas,	TX--306,000	sf	office	building.		Completely	re-
leased	building	from	2012	to	2014	to	92%	occupied.		Sold	property	in	2015.		
	
Riverside	Industrial	Portfolio,	Atlanta,	GA—five	(5)	building,	950,000	sf	
industrial	portfolio	.	Leased	building	to	90%	occupancy.		Sold	asset	in	2015	
	
Bear	Creek	Corporate	Center,	Redmond	Washington--167,000	sf	Office	
buildings.	Expanded	existing	tenant	by	73,000	sf	and	extended	term	for	10	years.	
Building	schedule	for	sale	in	2017.		
	
Scottsdale	Waterfront,	Scottsdale,	AZ--93,000	sf	retail	center.	Successfully	re-
tenant	space	vacated	from	Borders	Books	bankruptcy.		Leased	retail	center	to	90%	
occupancy.		Building	scheduled	for	sale	in	2016.		
	
Metro	Center,	Sacramento,	CA--251,000	sf	office	building.		Successfully	renewed	
91,000	sf	tenant	while	overseeing	major	capital	improvements	to	reposition	asset	in	
the	market.	Participated	in	largest	Property	Assessed	Clean	Energy	(PACE)	project	
in	the	country	in	2013,	resulting	in	reduced	energy	consumption	at	the	property	
27%.		No	schedule	date	of	sale.

market.			No	scheduled	date	of	sale.		
	
Springbrook	Business	Center,	Kent,	WA--	187,000	sf	flex	office/industrial	
building.	Leased	property	at	88%	occupancy.		Scheduled	for	sale	in	2016.		
	
Parkway	Center,	Loudon	County,	VA--125,000	sf		flex	industrial	property.	
Repositioned	asset	into	Data	Center	use.		Marketing	property	for	sale.
