availability of financial support to support rural communities in
attracting and retaining clinical staff and also by the creati on of
a national office of rural healthcare reform to aid in
coordinating and improving medical coverage in remote
regions (Kominski et al., 2017). Both of these measures are
aimed at making it easier for rural residents to receive medical
treatment. It is possible that the ACA can help alleviate the
nursing labor shortage by investing in education and training
initiatives that will assist in the expansion of the proportion of
