days a week). In accordance with that type of organization the project was completed 20 days ahead of
schedule.
The reinforcement was made with Lenton couplers (significant savings of reinforcement) in cooperation with
engineers from MACE. Main responsibilities: Monthly preparation of a situations / Dynamics of work monthly
reporting / Cooperation with designers in coming phases .
Management of finances for the entire construction.

2. Company: Eko Pellets engineering and consulting - Nis, Serbia
Period: October 2010 – March 2012
Position: Factory Director
Setting up a pellet plant with 20 people in team. Main responsibilities: Cost analysis / Work with 25 engines from
0.75kv to 200kw. Total engine power was 530kw / power station was 630kW / Rotary dryer setting 3t/h / Setting
up the mill for wood chips and sending to the silos, etc.
Management of finances for the entire factory.
