Description: When the ambulance is passing the city road, during emergency time the traffic
signal is changed automatically to make a way for the ambulance
 Project 2: Coastal Border Alert System
Description: when the boat is near to the border of another country at that time the alarm alerted
and the message send inorder to prevent the fisherman crossing the border
