William B. Clark enjoys staying active through paddleboarding.
Paddleboarding, specifically standup paddleboarding, has grown
significantly in popularity over the past few years. The activity is
fairly easy to do and offers plenty of health benefits. Following are
just a few of these benefits regular paddleboarders experience:
- Better balance: paddleboarders must be able to balance
themselves on top of the board, so it’s only natural that their
balance will improve over time. The activity works the core and
legs, both of which are necessary for good balance, and helps the
