disease, while Wellness refers to
an overall balance of physical,

uplifts the entire environment
around someone.
Difference between Good Health and
Well Being
Imagine someone recovering from an illness (good health) while also
feeling fulfilled, connected, and joyful in their daily life (well-being).
If you neglect your mental health, it will impact your entire physical
health and lead to a higher risk of strokes, heart attacks, obesity and
many other chronic stresses linked to it.
Good health refers to the absence of illness or physical
ailments in the body, indicating a state of physical well-being.
Well-being encompasses not only physical health but also
includes mental, emotional, and social aspects.
It denotes a holistic state of contentment, happiness, and
fulfillment, encompassing physical and mental health,
relationships, and life satisfaction.
