(ii) an area with a traffic sign prohibiting the use of a horn
(b) Cut-out by which exhaust gases released not through the silencer
Punishable - fine of Rs. 1000/-
A second or subsequent offence with a fine of Rs. 2000/-.
16. Insertion of new sections 199A and 199B.

“199A. (1) the guardian of such juvenile or the owner of the motor
vehicle shall be deemed to be guilty
