Associate Head (Academic), & Strategic Lead on International Development, Institute of Criminal Justice Studies, University of Portsmouth. Paul is a Principal Lecturer with a disciplinary background in political science, specialising in: counter-terrorism policy/strategy, international criminal justice and transnational offending. He teaches across a range courses within the Institute, mainly the fields of international justice, crimes of the powerful, contemporary terrorism/counter-terrorism.
