WORKING EXPERIENCE:
I have been worked as a GBV Project Assistant IMC PRM Project ,in the Eastern
region since Jan-2014 till now
I have been worked as a HMIS Officer with International medical corps (IMC) in
the Eastern region since May 2013, till now. main responsibilities are:
Compile and analyze HMIS reports.
Data entry, and provide feedback to all HFs
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly HMIS reports.
Participate in PHCC meetings, HMIS subcommittee meetings.
Conduct monitoring and supportive supervision of health facilities.
Ensure availability of HMIS tools at HFs. Submit HMIS replicas to MOPH.
Ensure update HMIS soft ware is functional and used properly at the field office.
Provide field office, health facilities and community networks with adequate number of updated
relevant HMIS formats.
Identify staff needs and perform specific training and support to health facilities staff and
community net work on HMIS and use of data for action.
Monitor timeliness and completeness of reports. Develop monitoring and supervision plan and
conduct supportive supervision visits. Assess quality of reported data.
