PUBLICATIONS
Written four books in the year 2010, 2012 and 2014 respectively as a judicial
officer, and three books are in pipeline, namely-
1. Reconciliation and Other Proceedings Before Family Courts in India: - The book
contains the tools and techniques for successful reconciliation in matrimonial grievances and
other family disputes. The tools and techniques have been implemented by Author (me) as
Principal Judge, Family Court with extraordinary results, saving more than one and half
century families.
2. Quest for Justice At Its Threshold: - Containing the mechanism to enhance timely and
inexpensive justice even in present constraints before the judiciary. This book is based on
the implementation of municipal law through ethical principles.
3. Feminist Jurisprudence in Patriarchal Society - Handed over to publisher. Proof
reading in progress. The book will be released within a month or so. The book consists of
eight essays on feminist jurisprudence. Thrust has been given to develop the mechanism to
ensure women empowerment on the ground realities and not just on research papers, Govt.
schemes etc.
4. Jeevan Sar (Rules for Human Life)- A book of Hindi Poetry. At least 52 poems shall be
published in the book in co-authorship with the father of Dr. Sharma. To be made open for
the public in the month of February, 2015.

1. Courts for Common Men in India
and
The Rule of Law
The book shall be published and released by the end of this year. The book contains only six
essays, in several parts, on the working of courts for common men in India. It starts with the
query if rule of law prevails in the courts for the common people in India? The author
suggests the remedial mechanism to be adopted by the courts.
2. The Last Hope: On the role of Indian young generation to make India strong in all the
spheres such as gender justice and equality and judicial, administrative, financial, economic
and police reforms. It is just planned. No time limit for the publication and released can be
fixed.

Who Am I ?
I am a theist, believe in the existence of God with further belief that every activity on this universe is
controlled by the supreme power with full liberty to human being to florish in all the vocations of life on
the bases of the works and deeds. Accordingly, I am an industrious person believe in humanity and
discharges all my responsiblities as a human being rather than under the authority entrusted by the
Law and State.
I believe in good health, accordingly, devote at least one to one and a half an hour time for Yoga and
other exercises. I play badminton and like swimming and tennis too.
I like singing and learning dance from my son. I can play harmonium. Generally enjoying music with my
wife, son and daughter. I believe in a happy and peaceful family. Reading and writing are my passion.
Because of this hebit, my journies are always productive. I am a researcher and try to do every work
may it be the judicial, administrative and social based on the research activities.
