GANIKDERMA® is an internationally patented wound dressing that stimulates granulation tissue development and healing. It contains camphora, olive oil, sunflower oil, beeswax, calendula, hydrogenated castor oil, bismuth subgallate, boswellia, and gum rosin. It comes as an impregnated compress or ointment applicator. It creates a favorable environment for wound healing by restoring skin lipids and stimulating cell regeneration. It is intended for use on acute wounds, pathologic scars, bedsores, eczemas, and after procedures like chemical peels. Side effects may include temporary burning or discomfort. Properties
It stimulates the development of
granulation tissue and favors healing by:
• Ensuring a favorable microclimate
for healing by stimulating epithelial
cells, keratocytes and endothelial
cells by restoring the skin’s lipid
barrier and the production of
collagen and elastin;
• Increasing epithelization even in the
case of deep wounds by stimulating
the reserves of residual epithelial
cells;
• Accelerating the neoformation
vascularization;
• The optimal management of
exudate excess allows a best
possible debridement.
Special comfort for the patient through an
atraumatic dressing change with a low
frequency.
It favors the development of a good quality
epithelium.
It is not adherent to the wound (tissues),
removal is easy and atraumatic.
Easy to apply in the case of wounds found
in difficult areas (e.g. anatomical folds,
mucocutaneous junctions, etc.).
Bismuth subgallate has a scarring and
astringent effect.
The content of glycerides, fatty acids,
flavonoids, vitamin A, E and K from olivae
oleum (olive oil) and helianthi oleum
(sunflower oil) stimulates cell regeneration,
the formation of collagen and elastin and
ensures tissue hydration.
The linoleic acid, the palmitic acid and the
oleic acid from ricini oleum hydrogenate
(castor oil) stimulate cell membrane and
intercellular matrix biosynthesis,
contributing to cell regeneration.
Vitamin A from cera (beeswax) esters
stimulate cell regeneration and contribute
to the tissue hydration.
Indications
As the product presents a good skin
tolerance, it is indicated in the following
cases:
• Local treatment of acute wounds:
first, second (a and b) and third
degree burns, excoriations,
ulcerations, other traumatic
wounds and other skin injuries;
• Local treatment of pathologic scars
(hypertrophic scars or keloids);
• Local treatment of bed-sores,
chronic vascular ulcers, diabetic
foot ulcer;
• Local treatment of wet eczemas,
contact dermatitis, psoriasis, radio-
dermatitis;
• Local treatment after chemical or
laser peeling;
• Local treatment of the donor area
of cutaneous transplant graft.
The product can be used even in case of
newborns and during pregnancy.
Instructions for use of the impregnated
Compress:
• The wound must be cleaned with
Ringer solution or hypertonic
solutions (physiological serum),
before each use of the impregnated
compress.
• The impregnated compress is
applied in a single layer directly on
the wound, after removal of
protective films. The compress can
be cut using a sterile instrument to
fit the dimensions of the wound.
A sterile dressing (gauze or
nonwoven dressing) is applied on
the compress which protects the
favorable environment to healing
produced by the ointment. The
dressing is replaced every day or
every two days, depending on the
wound.
In case of larger surfaces of the wound,
more compresses can be used; the borders
of the compresses must be 6-8mm overlay.
Instructions for use of ointment applicator
/ ointment tube:
• The wound must be cleaned with
Ringer solution or hypertonic
solutions (physiological serum),
before each use of the ointment;
• The ointment is applied on the
whole wound in a 1-2 mm layer.
A sterile dressing (gauze or
nonwoven dressing) is applied over the
ointment to fix it and to protect the
favorable healing environment created by
the ointment. The dressing is replaced
every day or every two days, depending on
the wound.
Side effects
Immediately after application, a local
burning or discomfort sensation and
sometimes perilesional hyperthermia may
appear, phenomena which spontaneously
disappear in 30 to 40 minutes.
During the healing process, a slight itching
can appear. In this case, scratching the
surface is to be avoided, in order not to
damage the newly formed skin and medical
advice is to be sought. Local allergic
reaction to one of the components of the
ointment may occur. In case of side effects,
ask your doctor or pharmacist.
Precautions for use
The impregnated compress/ointment
applicator/ ointment tube are not to be
used on people who are allergic to any of
the components. If there are signs of local
infection, treatment can be continued with
the physician’s approval. Check the
integrity of packaging before use. The
product is not to be used if the packaging is
damaged.
Additional precautions
It should not be further used after the
expiration date. It should be kept away
from children.

Tính chất
Thuốc mỡ GANIKDERMA® kích thích sự
phát triển của mô hạt và ủng hộ chữa bệnh
bằng cách:
• Đảm bảo một vi khí hậu thuận lợi để
chữa bệnh bằng cách kích thích các
tế bào biểu mô, tế bào sừng và tế
bào nội mô bằng cách phục hồi hàng
rào lipid da và sản xuất collagen và
elastin;
• Tăng biểu mô ngay cả trong trường
hợp vết thương sâu bằng cách kích
thích dự trữ các tế bào biểu mô còn
sót lại;
• Đẩy nhanh quá trình tạo mạch máu
neoformation;
• Việc kiểm soát tối ưu lượng dư thừa
cho phép mở ổ tốt nhất có thể.
Sự thoải mái đặc biệt cho bệnh nhân thông
qua thay băng mặc quần áo với tần suất
thấp.GANIKDERMA® hỗ trợ sự phát triển
chất lượng tốt của biểu mô. GANIKDERMA®
không dính bết vết thương (mô), loại bỏ dễ
dàng và gây tê.
Dễ dàng áp dụng trong trường hợp vết
thương được tìm thấy ở những khu vực khó
khăn (ví dụ: nếp gấp giải phẫu, mối nối
niêm mạc, v.v.).
Bismuth subgallate có tác dụng làm lành và
làm se vết thương.
Hàm lượng glyceride, axit béo, flavonoid,
vitamin A, E và K từ olivae (dầu ô liu) và
helianthi (dầu hướng dương) kích thích tái
tạo tế bào, hình thành collagen và elastin và
đảm bảo hydrat hóa mô.
Axit linoleic, axit palmitic và axit oleic từ
ricini Tomb hydroate (dầu thầu dầu) kích
thích màng tế bào và sinh tổng hợp ma trận
giữa các tế bào, góp phần tái tạo tế bào.
Vitamin A từ este cera (sáp ong) kích thích
tái tạo tế bào và góp phần vào quá trình
hydrat hóa mô.
Chỉ định
GANIKDERMA® dung nạp tốt cho da, nên
được chỉ định trong:
• Điều trị tại chỗ các vết thương cấp
tính bỏng độ: I,IIa, IIb, III ; xuất
huyết da, loét, vết thương mãn
tính, vết thương hở, vết thương
ngoài da khác
• Điều trị tại chỗ các vết sẹo bệnh lý
(sẹo phì đại, sẹo lồi)
• Điều trị tại chỗ các vết loét liệt
giường, loét mạch máu mãn tính
• Điều trị tại chỗ bệnh chàm ướt,
viêm da tiếp xúc, bệnh vẩy nến,
viêm da cơ địa
• Điều trị tại chỗ sau khi lột da bằng
hoa chất hoặc laser
• Điều trị tại chỗ vùng ghép da hoặc
hiến cắt da
Sản phẩm có thể dùng được cho phụ nữ
mang thai, cho con bú và trẻ sơ sinh
Hướng dẫn sử dụng cho băng gạc
• Vết thương phải được làm sạch, khử
trùng bằng dung dịch muối ưu
trường (huyết thanh sinh lý, dung
dịch Ringer), trước mỗi khi băng gạc
• Gạc nên được băng trực tiếp trên
vết thương một lớp băng duy nhất
sau khi được bỏ các màng bảo vệ.
Có thể cắt nén bằng dụng cụ vô
trùng để phù hợp với kích thước của
vết thương. Băng một lớp băng gạc
vải không dệt được áp dụng cho nén
để bảo vệ môi trường thuận lợi
chữa bệnh được sản xuất bởi thuốc
mỡ.
• Thay băng gạc 2 ngày một lần, hoặc
mỗi ngày tuỳ thuộc vào vết thương
và chỉ định của bác sĩ
Trong trường hợp mặt vết thương lớn hơn
cần băng lớp phủ dầy 6-8mm
Hướng dẫn sử dụng thoa thuốc mỡ
• Vết thương phải được làm sạch khử
trùng bằng dung dịch muối ưu
trường (huyết thanh sinh lý, dung
dịch Ringer), trước mỗi khi thoa
thuốc mỡ
• Thuốc mỡ được bôi lên toàn bộ vết
thương một lớp dầy khoảng 1-2 mm
băng vô trùng (gạc hoặc vải không
dệt) băng trên thuốc mỡ để bảo vệ
môi trường thuận lợi việc chữa lành
vết thương bằng mỡ. Thoa thuốc
mỡ lên vết thương mỗi ngày hoặc 2
ngày một lần tuỳ theo độ nặng nhẹ
vết thương và bác sĩ chỉ định
Hướng dẫn sử dụng trong trường hợp
dùng thuốc mỡ chỉ định điều trị bệnh da
liễu
• Thuốc mỡ được bôi 6-7 lần mỗi
ngày, trong trường hợp viêm da tiếp
xúc vị trí trên tay và hai lần mỗi ngày
trong trường hợp viêm da vị trị khác
hoặc bệnh vẩy nến
• Vết thương phải được rửa sạch
bằng nước hoặc xà phòng trung tính
trước khi bôi thuốc
Tác dụng phụ:
Ngay sau khi sử dụng, cảm giác nóng rát
hoặc khó chịu và đôi khi xuất hiện hiện
tượng tăng thân nhiệt, tuy nhiên những
hiện tượng này biến mất trong vòng 30-40
phút. Trong quá trình chữa lành vết
thương, có thể xuất hiện ngứa nhé. Trong
trường hợp này không nên tiếp xúc, gãi
tránh làm tổn thương lớp da non mới hình
thành. Nên tìm chuyên gia tư vấn,bác sĩ,
dược sĩ để được tư vấn. Vị trí thoa thuốc có
thể xuất hiện dị ứng. Trong trường hợp có
tác dụng phụ, đến bác sĩ hoặc dược sĩ để
được tư vấn
Thận trọng khi sử dụng:
Không được sử dụng băng gạc/thuốc mỡ
trong ống bơm/ thuốc mỡ tube không được
sử dụng trên người bị dị ứng hoặc thành
phần của thuốc. Nếu có dấu hiện nhiễm
trùng, chỉ nên tiếp tục điều trị khi với chỉ
định của bác sĩ
Thận trọng khác
Không sử dụng thuốc khi hết hạn sử dụng.
