• Subjects were randomly selected from various shooting academy in Patiala age range 19 to
25.
• Randomly divided in two groups name as experimental and control group.
• Yoga module for these candidates contained exercises to strengthen wrist, shoulders muscles
and for coordination Trataka and relaxation with Omkar Recitation was prescribed.
• Pre-Post data shows the significant difference on hand eye coordination and concentration
of shooting players.
• After this now we are planning to work on these players with overall performance with
proper shooting testing along with these two variables to verify the yoga module.
