Routine cleaning of Foothills Hospital Supply room is not being done.

We pulled the decontamination trolley, the O2 tank rack (and some
boxes of supplies which aren’t supposed to be there) away from the
wall in the EMS Supply Room at Foothill Hospital.
This is what we found.

Why are extra supplies left on top of the cabinets?
Whose responsibility is this?
