Shri. Manikandan graduated from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras and joined in India’s premier research lab Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Mumbai as a Scientist. There he developed indigenous instruments for environmental monitoring and successfully executed various projects on groundwater contaminations studies for the department’s fuel processing facilities. He got special contribution award in Department of Atomic Energy from Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam in May 2008 for his outstanding work. When he became father, he got passionate about understanding the children’s learning process. Soon, he quit his job to found Miyav Learning, an organization for fostering creative thinking skil
