This document outlines a process for using IoT sensor data and data analysis to improve tennis performance. It involves: (1) capturing sensor data from practice sessions to establish a baseline, (2) importing the data into Excel for analysis, (3) transforming the data into a usable format, (4) establishing improvement goals based on the baseline, and (5) ongoing analysis of new sessions to track progress toward goals and refine plans. The goal is to leverage sensor data and analytics to provide objective feedback and drive continuous improvement in tennis skills and performance.
