Brillouin Energy Corp. of Berkeley, California (BEC) is a clean technology company that is set to
revolutionize the global power industry. The company’s small scale “Hydrogen Hot TubeTM
” (“HHTTM
”)
reactor system safely extracts the nuclear energy potential in hydrogen atoms to create a very low-cost,
completely non-polluting, non-hazardous source of heat. Unlike all other nuclear technologies, Brillouin’s
technology generates absolutely no (ZERO) radioactive waste. There are no harmful emissions - including
no CO2 and no penetrating radiation of any kind - emanating from this reaction. As a result, the HHT
offers a potentially paradigm-shifting breakthrough in clean technology that can supplant the fossil-fuel
based energy systems of the present.
The only inputs to Brillouin’s HHT system are small amounts of electricity and hydrogen. The only outputs
are heat and a microscopic amount of harmless, inert helium. In fact, the solid-state operating design of
HHT’s heat generation system is so safe, that it is safer than natural gas delivered to a home or commercial
facility. Test results to date have been independently validated at SRI International (www.sri.com) and
with other experts, and have been proven to be controllable, predictable and replicable at lab-scale.
Brillouin has raised over $19M in total funding to date, including $1.3M of early licensing revenue. This
has advanced its technology to the beginning of its commercialization process. Based on already verified
engineering work, BEC has now explicitly mapped out its remaining critical capital needs to equal the next
$2M investment dollars. A portion of this has recently funded and the remainder is being sought. These
funds will be used to achieve pending commercial proof test demonstration Milestones within the next
12 months or less. These Milestones are huge turning points, which will ensure that much larger, pending
strategic licensing revenue is fully launched, with a corresponding dramatic increase in the company’s
valuation and growth prospects. This in turn will enable the funding and scale-up of BEC’s first prototype
manufacturing plant able to supply commercial products to OEMs, from which all stakeholders will highly
benefit. Even more importantly, such achievements will accelerate the exciting potential of Brillouin’s
technology to make a huge difference in every community worldwide at a time when it is needed most.

The first scientist you see being interviewed in this article from SRI International, Dr. Michael McKubre, is
someone that Brillouin has worked closely with during our development process. Dr. McKubre is the best
known scientist in the field. Brillouin also works very closely with his SRI colleague, Dr. Francis Tanzella,
who is an equally highly respected LENR science authority. Both Scientists are members of the company's
Technical Advisory Board. Though this video first aired in Nov'09, it is still relevant today and gives a great
