Valid referrals are typically processed and shipped within 72 hours. If a patient can’t
be reached initially the process may take a bit longer-regardless your patient will be
contacted daily until we can reach them.
1. All customized medications from the
compounding cream network requires a
prescription from the teledoctor.
2. Once a prescription is written and your
patients insurance information is received
from the teledoc doctor-the patient's
insurance plan benefits are then verified.
3. The patient is then called to confirm that
we have contacted their insurance company.
Depending on their plan, their prescription
may or may not be covered. The teledoc
doctor will also discuss allergies and any
other information pertinent to fulfilling the
order
4. Once the patient authorizes the
compounding company to proceed,
pharmacists will formulate the medication
and ship it to your patient free-of-charge.
Shipments usually take 24 to 72 hours to
arrive.
• A customer service representative will follow up with your patient 7 to 10 days after they
receive their prescription to ensure that they are using it as directed, to answer any questions
that they may have, and to verify that they are experiencing the desired results from the
compounding pain cream. The compounding pharmacist will provide feedback to the teledoc
doctor, who can adjust your prescription if needed.
The pain cream offers safe and effective pain relief that patient’s desire and helps
