2. Key Areas:
 Directly involved in erection & commissioning of Instrumentation devices both in
Pellet & Beneficiation division.
 Troubleshooting & Standard maintenance of Variable frequency drive (VFD) with
adequate parameterizations.
 Familiar with ABB make Distributed Control System (DCS). Cabling of all plant
equipment’s to the control room.
 Erection, Installation and Loop checking of Thermocouples, RTDs, Pressure
Switches, Flow Transmitters.
 Handling basic engineering, Loop Checking, P & I Diagram, hookup drawings,
sizing & selection of field Instruments, cable inspection of instruments.
 Calibration of field instruments like Differential Pressure Transmitter (DPT), Temp.
Transmitter, Pressure transmitter, Flow control valve (I2P) & different types of load
cell.
 Plan Making, Implementing & Commissioning of new instruments as per site
requirements.
 Working & Familiar with instruments like Density meter, Proximity Sensors, knife
gate valve (KGV), solenoid valves etc.
 Review of control philosophy, instrument list & flow chart .Responsible for handling
shift related operation & maintenance related activities. Handling predictive &
preventive maintenance with my team.
 Erection, Installation & Calibration of Electromagnetic Flow meter, Level sensors
(Ultrasonic & Radar) & Pneumatic actuators.
 Calibration of Weigh Feeder (WF), Loss in Weight (LIW) with standard weight.
 Knowledge of Auxiliary system such as Air compressor dryer, Ash handling system
& their control system troubleshooting .Responsible for preventive & corrective
action of ESP instruments .
