3. <3 Scene Make-up! <3 Eye shadow- Use bold, neon eye shadows. Look for matte colors(: Hottopic sells cheap, good eye shadow. MAC and Sephora sell high quality eye shadow. Eyeliner-Mostly the most important part of scene make-up. Black is best, but purple, blue, or any other dark or bright color will work also. These are usually available in a liquid liner. However, if you prefer pencil liner, make sure you don't use a cheap one. Applying eyeliner all the way around the eye is optional, while winging it out on the sides for a cat eye effect is a common practice. This can be done with an angled brush or a sharp eyeliner pencil. Find what eyeliner look you look good in, and stick with it. Lipstick/gloss-They use a pale color; or nude. They just want to achieve a pale lip color. Some people put foundation over it, but It tends to dry out the lips(: Contact Lenses- Sometimes, not always, but sometimes, they will put in noticeable contacts like pink or green.
