This	letter	is	intended	to	serve	as	recommendation	of	Mr.	Dejan	Civsa,	with	whom	I	have	had	
the	pleasure	of	working	with	within	Monster	Energy	Europe	Ltd.	–	Adriatic	region,	in	the	
period	of	October	2014	–	May	2016.		
	
In	 my	 opinion,	 Dejan	 has	 strong	 sales	 and	 marketing	 skills,	 supreme	 dedication	 to	 the	
Company	 values	 and	 goals,	 as	 well	 as	 to	 his	 colleagues,	 outstanding	 character,	 colorful	
personality	and	most	importantly	a	clear	and	profound	grasp	and	understanding	of	business	
overall.		
	
This	skill-set	allows	him	to	almost	immediately	adapt,	due	to	his	natural	intelligence,	to	any	
and	all	new	environments	and	in	the	process	quickly	becomes	and	invaluable	asset	for	the	
Company	and	an	esteemed	coworker	and	friend.	His	rich	character	and	personality,	along	
with	 strong	 sales	 &	 marketing	 background,	 creates	 him	 an	 excellent	 and	 creative	 people	
manager	–	easily	accepted	as	a	leader	from	a	diverse	and	edgy	team,	such	was	the	local	
marketing	team	within	Adria	markets.	By	unselfishly	sharing	his	vision	and	knowledge,	he	
empowered	team	members	and	direct	reports	and	coached	them	to	the	level	that	each	of	
the	direct	reports	was	able	to	step	up	to	the	leadership	position	within	2	year	period.	Business	
contribution	of	Dejan	and	his	team,	in	regards	of	delivering	the	brand	image	and	assets	into	
the	markets	was	invaluable	for	our	volume	and	value	share	growth	in	the	past	years.		
	
As	a	report,	Dejan	is	well	organized,	delivers	timely	what	is	required/agreed,	keeps	clean	track	
of	all	documents	and	financials	as	per	Company	policy	and	will	not	hesitate	to	challenge,	in	
the	best	interest	of	business,	direction	and	requests	in	case	he	sees	a	better	or	more	cost

In my opinion, Dejan has strong sales and marketing skills, supreme dedication to the Company values and goals, as well as to his colleagues, outstanding character, colorful personality and most importantly a clear and profound grasp and understanding of business overall. This skill-set allows him to almost immediately adapt, due to his natural intelligence, to any and all new environments and in the process quickly becomes and invaluable asset for the Company and an esteemed coworker and friend. His rich character and personality, along with strong sales & marketing background, creates him an excellent and creative people manager – easily accepted as a leader from a diverse and edgy team, such was the local marketing team within Adria markets. By unselfishly sharing his vision and knowledge, he empowered team members and direct reports and coached them to the level that each of the direct reports was able to step up to the leadership position within 2 year period. Business contribution of Dejan and his team, in regards of delivering the brand image and assets into the markets was invaluable for our volume and value share growth in the past years. As a report, Dejan is well organized, delivers timely what is required/agreed, keeps clean track of all documents and financials as per Company policy and will not hesitate to challenge, in the best interest of business, direction and requests in case he sees a better or more cost efficient way to achieve the set targets.
